  • The base fee for repairs is $20 an hour. This fee is not divisible, i.e. a repair that takes 1.5 hours will be $40.
  • All extra materials costs required for the repair will be separate from the repair fee.
  • Repairs are guaranteed 30 days after the piece is returned to you.
  • Any repairs done on the piece after 30 days will be considered a new repair.
  • Types of repairs include restringing, wire working, knotting, etc.
  • We do not do any repairs that require soldering or metalworking.

Some pieces don't require a full repair, for these situations we offer service fees that apply to a single technique. Come in the store with the piece that needs to be repaired or give us a call for more information!
